Championship games preview

November 7, 2018 - The field is set, and now it’s time to see who the best of the best truly are as WHSFL championship week gets going. All five varsity conference champs advanced to the final, while St. John’s only loss was at the hands of Currie Conference champion Elmwood. In the JV division, Vincent Massey will look to complete a perfect season as they do battle with the resilient Grant Park Pirates. Get all the details here. October 31, 2018 - The field has been trimmed to 12 as the WHSFL semi-finals commence tomorrow night. Please note that every contest is $5, with kids 12 and under getting in free.

October 25, 2018 - There have been plenty of tremendous storylines to follow in the WHSFL this year. From Neelin’s Evan Nachtigal (quarterback) and Kaleb Johnston (receiver) breaking multiple Division 1/2 records, to rookie head coach Sean Oleksewycz leading River East to the top seed in the Bramwell Conference, there’s been no shortage of excitement. October 24, 2018 - Due to the fact that it's playoff season, this fee will be applied to all games taking place at Eastside during the playoffs.

October 23, 2018 - St. Paul’s 1 made a commanding statement this week to claim the top spot in the Potter Conference of Division 1, while River East got some help from Crocus Plains to secure top seed in the Bramwell Conference as the WHSFL heads into playoff season. Additionally, William Barnsdale continued his Most Outstanding Player-calibre year for the Churchill Bulldogs.
